The first site is live: it reads the floor on this device (med pass log, flags, med rec, handoff). The other sites are made-up sample numbers to show the shape of the view; nothing here is a real IHH site. Thresholds are ours and should be set by IHH: red if med pass completion is under 85% or 3+ doses missed vs. orders or a handoff was skipped; watch if under 95% or 1–2 doses missed or a doctor flag is open.
